We have two ways of getting your order to you. The first is if you live in a city or town classified as a major area by courier companies. Orders to these addresses less than R500 incur a R50 charge. Those who live in a city or town classified as an outlying area have the option of choosing to receive their parcel by Pargo (which delivers to your nearest Clicks Store) or Paxi (which delivers to your nearest PEP Store). Can’t get to a Clicks or PEP store and live in an outlying area, we can courier the parcel to you and this will cost R120 – but remember, orders over R500 ship free of charge!

We work with PayFast to bring you these payment methods: EFT, Visa, Mastercard Credit Cards and Debit Cards and Maestro Debit Cards. Can’t use any of these – please contact us to arrange for a direct deposit into our business bank account before placing your order.

Because we ship a variety of ways the time it takes for deliver also varies. For courier parcels allow 2 to 3 business days and for Pargo and Paxi please allow for 4 to 9 business days. A “business day” does not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

After your order is placed we first confirm payment having gone through. Then we pack up your goodies, contact FastWay to arrange for collection, arrange the paperwork and voila your parcel is on its way to you. We then send you an email/sms confirming dispatch and the waybill number of your parcel so you can track your order all the way to you.
