We hope you will love our Wired Fox hosiery. If you do want to change your mind about the products you have purchased, we will happily exchange them for you subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned & arrive with us within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase;

2. You must provide your name, phone numbers and address;

3. The returned items must be unused, in original packaging and/or with original tags/labels attached.

4. The returned item was not a sale item.

5. The delivery cost will not be reimbursed.

If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange it at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria and we have a record of the sale to you.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online ordering) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the items in original and re-saleable condition.
