Within the 8 main centres of shipping R50 is charged. For outlying areas R100 is charged and there is ** FREE SHIPPING for orders over R500 * * (All prices include VAT).  

Courier parcels should be received within 1-3 working days.  To follow your special package, parcels can be tracked on the courier’s website from departure to arrival, using the tracking number sent to you. Information allowing you to track your parcel will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

For outlying areas, allow up to 7 working days and please give your closest PEP or Clicks Store for Paxi or Pargo courier services, respectively.

FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. But we can speak to our couriers to organise a special delivery for you.

How long does it take to process an order?

If you place an order on a non business day, your order will be processed the following business day.  Please note this can take longer during sale periods or busy periods.  We’d recommend allowing 1-2 business days from placing your order. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Do I receive an email of confirmation?

Once your order is complete and paid for, it means your order is being scheduled for dispatch.  You should receive an email confirming your order with the invoice & delivery address details.

You’ll receive another email when your order is dispatched giving you your tracking information which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey on the relevant courier’s website. 

Do I need to leave a contact number when ordering?

Yes please leave a mobile or phone number to be sure the courier service is able to contact you once the parcel arrives.

Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?

Yes. We want to make sure the order gets to you safely and therefore someone should be at home to sign for it.  We recommend giving a business address if you are not going to be at home.

If no-one is present to sign for the parcel, the courier will try again.  If on the second attempt, no-one is home again, the courier will return the parcel to Wired Fox.  We will contact you and arrange for a chargeable redelivery.

Lost Parcels

We intend to take care of your special parcels.  If however you parcel is declared lost by the courier service, please contact us at Wired Fox to reimburse you.
