These terms and conditions are between Wired Fox Proprietary Limited (“Wired Fox”) and actual or potential retail and/or wholesale consumers and/or customers and any other user (“customers” and/or “consumers” and/or “you”, as the case may be) of this website www.wiredfox.co.za (the “Website”) (the “Terms and Conditions”) .

Who we are
Wired Fox Proprietary Limited is a company registered in South Africa with registration number 2013/109955/07. We are an online retail hosiery store as well as wholesaler to authenticated businesses.
All visitors to our Website are able to place electronic orders for one or more available products. Should any such stock have run out, please see our applicable policy [here].
Buying Products
A purchasing contract (“sale”) between a customer or consumer and Wired Fox only comes in to effect once you have fully completed and submitted the online order and payment has been authorized by Wired Fox (or received in the Wired Fox bank account).
3 D Security
3D security is provided on our website to protect your online shopping experience and maintain the integrity of your credit card information.

Termination of Suspected Fraudulent Orders
Wired Fox reserves the right to cancel or not to fulfil any order where fraud is suspected. This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen credit cards.
On occasions you may be requested to provide identification documents to verify transactions. Wired Fox may cancel any order where the necessary documents are not provided within two working days. Working days excludes weekends and public holidays.
If you suspect fraud on your card, block your card immediately with your Bank and notify us so we may assist you as needed.
Products and Shipping
For orders under R500 we charge a flat rate of R50 per parcel for main centres and a flat rate of R100 per parcel for outlying areas. For orders of at least R500 in value we ship free of charge. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more details.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are loving your Wired Fox products. If you want to change your mind and exchange your items you may do so only if the product is unworn and returned in its original packaging. Costs of return are to be borne by you. This is due to the nature of the product and legislation and/or regulations in place. Please see our Returns Policy for more detail.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed other than through the use of the social media buttons provided throughout the site. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited.
